A: We are a factory specializing in the production of SPC/WPC/LVT flooring and PVC wall panels. Additionally, we offer outdoor WPC wall panels and flooring.
2Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Absolutely. We are a professional manufacturer, and we welcome both OEM and ODM orders.
3Q: Do you offer complimentary samples?
A: In accordance with our company policy, we provide free samples. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the freight charges.
4Q: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: Each step is rigorously controlled by our quality control team to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards.
5Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T or L/C. A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
6Q: Could you please clarify the delivery time?
A: The estimated lead time from receipt of the 30% T/T deposit is 30 days. Samples will be prepared within 5 days.
