THE EXTENT OF CUSTOMIZATION
Items that can be customized for the products include pattern color, size, substrate thickness, wear layer thickness, backing pad type, locking type and packaging design. The products also support special processes such as EIR, QPC, and paint chamfering. For customization of exclusive colors and prints, or adding logos to the backing pads, a separate open-plate fee is required.

DELIVERY PACKAGING LOGISTICS SERVICE
To ensure our customers receive high-quality products and services, our company maintains strict control over every aspect of product delivery, including packaging, transportation, and more.
We have a long-term partnership with freight forwarders. If the customer requires it, they can share at any time.
We will utilize the following four links to ensure the safe and expedient delivery of products to customers.
1. Order Confirmation and Shipping Time
Once the order has been confirmed, we typically guarantee shipment within 25 days and begin booking shipping and trailers in advance. It is our responsibility to ensure that the products are delivered safely and promptly to the customer.
2. Packaging and Protection
Our products are carefully packed in cardboard boxes and wooden pallets, with the entire pallet wrapped in plastic film to ensure optimal protection during transportation.
3. Loading Containers
Specialized personnel are tasked with loading, photographing and recording the products to ensure that they are squeezed, damaged and tumbled during transportation.
4. Transportation of Goods
We will do our utmost to coordinate the shipment and share the shipment information and arrival time as soon as possible.

All raw materials used in the manufacture of rigid core are 100% virgin. We have long-standing relationships with the best suppliers of backing pads and high-definition color films. All materials are regularly inspected to ensure that our products meet the same quality standards.
Critical Steps QC
The manufacturing process is the key to quality assurance. The thickness of the core is set and carefully checked by a CNC system to ensure high dimensional accuracy. The wear-resistant layer design and UV coating process ensure high wear and scratch resistance of the product surface. The floors are cut and grooved with micro chamfers, and the click system will be tested by professional instruments.
Finished Products QC
Inspection of products is a crucial link in our quality control process. We have a comprehensive sampling process for finished products. A dedicated team will assess the precision of the production process, as well as the cutting, slotting, coating, and embossing effects of the products. The products will be subjected to rigorous testing in a professional laboratory to ensure their wear resistance, flame retardant properties, dimensional stability, and other key characteristics meet the required standards.
